Les maisonsnettes étaient très propres et bien équipées, avec des douches chaudes et une bonne pression d'eau, ce qui est rare et appréciable. L'emplacement est très calme et la literie était confortable, nous avons tous bien dormi. De plus, le personnel était souriant et disponible, leur accueil était impeccable. La piscine était idéale pour les enfants, avec une eau très chaude même en février. De plus, la situation géographique était parfaite pour visiter les environs, avec des attractions comme St Malo, le Mont St Michel et Dinan à moins d'une heure de route. Enfin, le parking était facile et pratique, et le petit-déjeuner ainsi que le ménage étaient inclus dans le prix.
